(무안=브레이크뉴스) 이학수 기자= 전남도가 국제개발협력(ODA- Official Development Assistance) 사업 발굴을 통한 저개발국 지원 선도 및 지역 기업 해외 진출을 위해 담당자 역량 강화에 나섰다.

국제개발협력 사업은 정부나 정부기관이 다른 나라의 경제, 사회, 문화 등의 발전을 지원하기 위해 제공하는 자금, 기술, 경험 등을 말한다.

전남도는 지난 10일 광주국제개발협력센터와 함께 전남도립도서관에서 국제개발협력 사업 발굴을 담당하는 실국과 시군, 출자‧출연기관 직원 등 100여명이 참석한 가운데 역량 강화 교육을 했다.(사진)

주요 교육 내용은 조정명 한국국제협력단(KOICA) 팀장의 ‘국제개발협력사업 추진현황 및 한국국제협력단의 역할’, 차원규 농촌경제연구원 박사의 ‘농업 분야 국제개발협력 사업 추진 방안’, 김용국 용인시 외국인복지센터장의 ‘전남 체류 외국인 현황과 대책’, 채규혁 한국아이티컨설팅 본부장의 ‘국제개발협력 사업 프로젝트 사례 소개 및 작성 방안’ 등이다. 국제개발협력 사업에 대한 전반적인 이해부터 시작해 프로젝트 설계와 관리 방법 등 다양한 주제로 진행됐다.

도는 국제사회에서 활동하는 국가 및 지역과의 협력을 통해 국제적 이미지와 신뢰도를 높이고, 지역 기업의 해외시장 개척을 지원하기 위해 국제개발협력 사업 발굴을 추진하고 있다.
